The 32nd China International Bicycle Exhibition recently wrapped up, showcasing the latest innovations in the cycling industry. With over 1,460 exhibitors and a 150,000 m² exhibition space, the event featured 7,400 booths and attracted participants from around the world. The exhibition spanned a wide range of cycling products, including bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, components, and outdoor sports gear, reflecting the industry’s diversity.
Among the leading exhibitors were well-known Chinese brands like Giant, Merida, Phoenix, and XDS, alongside international names such as Decathlon, Shimano, and CATEYE. The global participation highlighted the strength of the cycling industry, with notable brands from over 20 countries, including Germany, the U.S., and Italy.
H-Works stood out at the exhibition with its focus on high-performance hubs. The company operates a state-of-the-art 2,000 m² facility in Xiamen, equipped with CNC machining, anodizing, and assembly capabilities. These processes are carried out to a tolerance of ≤0.003mm, ensuring minimal friction and superior surface quality. H-Works uses aerospace-grade materials like AL6061 and AL7075 aluminum alloys to produce hubs that meet the rigorous demands of professional cycling.
The company’s MTB hubs were particularly well-received. The hubs are engineered to perform reliably on rough mountain trails. They feature precision bearings for smooth rotation, helping riders maintain performance on steep and uneven terrain.
During the exhibition, H-Works’ technical experts delivered presentations on their R&D advancements, discussing the latest innovations techniques. The insights were well-received by industry professionals and cycling enthusiasts, fostering valuable connections.
